As a Project Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination. Your monitoring of project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards will help maintain project efficiency and deliver high-quality results. _You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion + Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders + Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation + Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success + Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards + Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery + Provide technical guidance and support to project team members + Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders + Generate and manage hardware orders within SAP + Coordinate the reporting requirements with Program leads + Coordinate material expedites, prioritization, allocation - this includes, but is not limited to, physical hardware movements both internally and externally in both open/unprotected and controlled environments. + Reconciles budget forecast for hardware spend with actual hardware plan. + Reconciles actual program hardware expense with deliveries. + Manages portfolio of orders on a program and SAP transactions. + Provide material availability and status reports for material delivery + Validate Engineering Project demand aligned with program budgets + Work with the ISC to ensure all NPD demand is maintained in project stock + Work with ISC to ensure plant stock orders are moved plant inventory **BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL** In addition to a performance-driven salary, cutting-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
