Job Description

We're looking for a hard working, reliable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team at Velocity Car Wash. The right candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn. Primary responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment installation. With the right attitude, we can teach you how to succeed!

Requirements:

• Manage a list of maintenance needs for each site, with ability to prioritize tasks daily under direction of the General Manager.
• Communicate with vendors to place supply orders.
• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with machinery and equipment.
• Operate various tools and equipment as needed.
• Travel between stores to provide necessary service and maintenance as needed.
• Ability to problem solve as issues arise.
• Able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and other equipment documentation.
• Have interest in working outdoors on your feet.
• Comply with safety guidelines and requirements

Qualifications:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Mechanical Experience (Car Wash, Machinery, Automotive or similar): 1-2 years
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with computers/smart devices
• Ability to perform various physical activities including but not limited to; lift up-to 75lbs, crouch, crawl, kneel, bend, stand, walk, perform repetitive motions, work from ladders, work indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: Base wage of $17-$25 depending on experience in the following:

Electrical, Mechanical Aptitude, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing
