**Job Purpose Summary**
We are looking for a **Digital Content Manager** to lead content development and digital marketing initiatives for our Wound Closure and Biomedical Textiles segments. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying Corza Medical's brand voice, developing engaging digital content and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
**What you will do**
+ Develop and execute a content strategy that effectively tells the story of our Wound Closure and Biomedical Textiles business segments.
+ Create, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, email, social media and paid advertising.
+ Oversee the development of branded content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos and other digital assets.
+ Develop strategic programs to capture market opportunities based on brand and product performance analytics.
+ Drive digitally enabled revenue by leading integrated digital campaigns that fuel both ecommerce growth and offline sales performance.
+ Manage website content and collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience and optimize SEO performance.
+ Lead social media strategy, content creation, and engagement to grow brand presence and audience interaction.
+ Work closely with product marketing, sales and corporate communications teams to align content and messaging with business objectives.
+ Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize digital strategies.
+ Stay up to date with industry trends, digital best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
**What you will need**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or related field
+ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation and brand story telling preferably within an in-house marketing team or agency setting.
+ Proven ability to develop and execute compelling content marketing strategies.
+ Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO and paid media.
+ Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex medical and technical concepts.
+ Ability to turn consumer insights into marketing actions and product innovation.
+ Excellent marketing skills with very strong business and financial acumen.
+ Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM marketing automation platforms and content management systems (CMS).
+ Ecommerce experience-particularly in driving digital campaigns that support online sales-is preferred
+ Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry is a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is ($90,000 - $140,000). Further, pay that is offered is based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant's job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications and certain degrees.
