Description Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for manufacturing and cost analysis? We're partnering with a stable, growth-focused manufacturer in Spartanburg to add a Cost Accountant to their team! Why This Role Stands Out: + $85K salary range depending on experience + Exposure to SAP in a dynamic environment + Stable operation with great leadership and minimal turnover + Excellent work-life balance and strong mentorship from a seasoned Controller What You'll Do: + Analyze standard and actual costs; prepare cost variance reports + Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations + Support physical inventory counts and inventory valuation analysis + Collaborate with operations and supply chain to understand cost drivers + Work within SAP for costing, inventory tracking, and reporting Requirements What We're Looking For: + Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance + 2+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting + Experience with SAP strongly preferred + Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
