Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AWS Backend Developer to augment our current team supporting Genesys Cloud integrations. This role involves enhancing and developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda, Node.js, and DynamoDB, with a focus on data transformation and efficient file transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support post-migration integration of Genesys Cloud into the AWS environment.
Enhance and build new Lambda functions to handle data transfers, ETL processes, and file transformations.
Work with DynamoDB to manage customer data (CRM) and event data flows.
Collaborate with the team managing the dialer and data ingestion environment.
Ensure seamless and scalable data movement between systems.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with AWS Lambda, Node.js, and DynamoDB
Familiarity with ETL processes, file handling, and data transformation in serverless environments
Experience with Genesys Cloud integrations and backend services
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced cloud-native environment
