• Entertainment Marketing Experience 2+ years
• Knowledge of workflows for creative editorial, post production and finishing support 2+ years
• Airtable and Slack required
• Adobe Creative Suite helpful
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• Self starter

Job Description

• Manage and track intake of project requests and deliverables requested in systems through all phases of production.
• Track production schedules and flag concerns with timelines for projects in production.
• Coordinate the delivery of elements and media needed for production.
• Maintain comprehensive digital library of logos, AE and PSD files needed for editorial team.
• Maintain updated end to end procedures, best practices, spec sheets and workflow documentation for asset production, asset sharing and file delivery.
• Raise major campaign issues/questions to senior staff.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Client forward facing

Additionally.

This position requires working full-time in office 5 days per week.

Location in Culver City.
